Covid-19 Safety Plan

Dear Community Partners,

We have taken steps to ensure the safety of those who access our services and those who work within them alike.  We are constantly monitoring the situation and following all directions given by the Province and its authorities.

We have has notified all employees as of March of 2020 that they will be required to self-isolate for 14 days upon return to BC from any travel outside of Canada.  We are working diligently internally to ensure the disruptions to service delivery are minimal.

We are taking all added measures for health and safety including increased vigilance, increased access to hand sanitization and education on hand hygiene, and increased cleaning of our buildings and added education for employees and individuals’ and wearing masks when social distancing is not possible.

We know that the risks of COVID-19 are currently low in our community; however, we are taking all measures to be proactive rather than reactive. We have not taken any measures to close any of our programs or services; however, this is subject to change as risks change as does the direction given by the Province.

Two Policies have been created to compliment our Infection Control Policy 6.19 of our Policy and Procedure Binders.   Please click on the links below to view the policies.
